Oversee and support corporate accounts functions of the Physician Office sales team based on short-term and long-term objectives.. Implement sales strategies and achieve revenue targets and service goals for accounts.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growing our Physician Office market share through the development of sales plans, strategies, objectives, policies and procedures aligned to broad corporate sales and marketing objectives.
- Work closely with the Physician Office VPs, Field Sales Team and Physician Office reps in targeting corporate deals.
- Own formal RFP process for PO Sales and partner with Corporate Sales and Physician Office Management to sign new deals.
- Work in collaboration with the Physician Office reps and account managers, PO VPs and Corporate Leadership on presenting our Physician Office capabilities through presentations and face-to-face customer meetings.
- Own process for non-formal RFPs and help manage retention of existing deals as they come up for expiration.
- Maintain personal contact with key customers in assigned markets.
- Develop and implement sales tools and programs; educate and communicate activity and success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years business to business healthcare sales experience
- Experience preparing business plans to align/support selling strategies
- Willing to travel up to 65% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a detail focused, results oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be people-oriented with strong inter-personal skills
- Proven presentation skills working with high-level executives within customer accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to Physician Office or Non-Acute customers a plus.
The anticipated compensation for this position includes a minimum base salary of $120,000 and is bonus eligible.
