Role Overview:
You will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand copy across multiple channels, including social media, email, in-store communications, and website. Your work will play a critical role in driving engagement and helping grow our clients presence in the retail space.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Copywriting:

Develop compelling, on-brand content across a variety of platforms including social media, website copy, email marketing, and in-store materials.

Ensure all messaging aligns with our brand's voice, values, and growth objectives.

Research and analyze competitors' strategies to stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Collaborate with the team to execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Collaboration & Strategy Roadmap:

Work closely with the team to create a roadmap for content that supports key milestones, including seasonal campaigns and retail growth initiatives.

Help shape the overall content calendar and ensure alignment with product launches and brand initiatives.

Retail & Brand Experience:

Create content that is tailored to retail environments and drives an in-store experience that is consistent with digital presence.

Contribute to the design and messaging of in-store displays, signage, and other customer-facing materials.

Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, copywriting, or content creation, preferably in the retail or startup space.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in brand-building.
- Experience creating content for a range of channels: social, email, website, and in-store.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Must own a computer and be able to work remotely with reliable internet.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in brand development or retail expansion strategy.
- Knowledge of the Bay Area or LA retail market.
