This role is essential to improving the efficiency of our legal processes by implementing streamlined workflows, reducing contracting timelines with creators, and proactively identifying areas for improvement. This position will be remote.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and legal operations, particularly in the beauty or talent management space.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
Ability to handle high-volume workflows with competing deadlines.
