Job Overview:Seeking a Process Chemist for our clients Process Research and Development team to oversee drug substance development and GMP manufacturing, requiring a proven track record in solving technical challenges.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve drug manufacturing issues through laboratory support, optimizing processes for commercialization.
- Partner with CMO/CRO teams to bolster lab research and experiment quality.
- Write and review technical reports, filling knowledge gaps to match the clinical development phase.
- Expert in synthetic organic chemistry with 3+ years (PhD) or 5+ years (MS) of relevant industry experience.
- Experienced in advancing small molecule pharmaceuticals from initial development to late-stage.
- Proficient in organic chemistry tools (HPLC, LCMS, GC, NMR) and software (ChemDraw, Excel).
- Preferred knowledge in thermal analysis, X-ray powder diffraction, contributions to synthetic chemistry, and regulatory documentation.
- Capable of effective communication and prioritization in a dynamic work environment
