As a Content Specialist embedded with our client through Aquent, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, crafting captivating narratives and experiences using AI-powered tools. Your expertise in prompt engineering and storytelling will bring AI characters to life, shaping the future of interactive content.

As a Content Specialist focused on AI-driven narratives, you will:

• Develop and refine prompts to generate compelling narratives and experiences using AI characters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, product, engineering) to conceptualize and produce narrative content that aligns with brand voice and tone.
• Generate creative ideas and concepts for AI-driven storytelling, incorporating the latest trends and AI technologies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to maintain a cohesive narrative style and seamlessly integrate AI characters into content experiences.
• Create editorial guidelines and frameworks to ensure content quality and inform product development.
• Continuously test, evaluate, and enhance content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in creative writing, content creation, or a related field, including at least one year of experience in prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms, coupled with experience in visual and multimodal content creation.
• Proven ability to translate creative ideas into engaging narrative experiences.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of social media and digital content landscapes, with experience using AI tools for content creation.
• Background in visual content creation (photo editing, video production) and audio expertise.

A 90 minute test must be completed at time of submittal to client. 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.85 to $56.50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
