• Full Time Role (Salaried Position)
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Monday thru Friday
• Covers Outpatient and Clinic Patients Specific to Gastroenterology Diagnosis
• Nutrition Support Experience would be a plus

Role Purpose

Provide medical nutrition therapy (nutrition assessment, nutrition screening, counseling, education, modified diet formulation, nutrition intervention) for in-patients and out-patients (clinic setting) appropriate to age-related needs and diagnosis/disease. Maintains high level of involvement and visibility in patient care areas.
