Summary of Role:
The Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day data integrity for client accounts and providing support to the advisory staff on client data-related issues.
****Candidate selected, will be required to attend the office 5x per week****
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs administrative duties including data consistency, fielding phone calls, reviewing incoming mail, filing, and greeting clients.
- Conduct daily transaction uploads/downloads for all systems.
- Process new account openings in the system for new or existing clients.
- Resolve any data maintenance/client account issues as needed.
- Processes all insurance policy service requests, including address, beneficiary/ownership changes, premium mode changes, dividend option changes and fund allocation changes.
- Provide the advisor with materials for upcoming meetings.
- Maintain the firm's file sharing/document storage website to keep clients’ files up-to-date.
- Print, package, stamp, and ship client materials and checks.
- Assist with special projects as required.
- Takes a proactive lead on conserving the Relationship Manager’s existing block of business by scheduling meetings, monthly client check-in calls, tracking all rollovers, and keeping the client updated on money in movement.
- Keeping the Advisor informed of problematic cases.
- Ensures data accuracy in company records by regularly and maintaining client files according to company compliant procedures.
- Daily check-in with the Advisor on all outstanding activities.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years prior experience, preferably within financial services
