Job Summary
The Business Transformation Office team is a results-oriented, and innovative team within Go-to-Market Operations. Working alongside other leaders and teammates you will drive sophisticated, multi-functional efforts that support and enhance NetApp's worldwide business processes and capabilities as we continue to pursue sales excellence. You will utilize your strong consultative approach and functional process expertise to drive a deep change portfolio that meets business needs. You will help NetApp craft business capabilities and strategies by analyzing complex business processes end-to-end, making design recommendations to optimize performance, and supporting the execution of programs to realize our future state. You will also facilitate meetings and workshops to drive program deliverables and outcomes.
Our business process leads/architects are strategic thinkers with excellent business insights and enjoy the translation of strategy into execution. They are curious about problems and understand how everything works, and advocate for operational excellence. They work with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to define end-to-end value streams, align on organizational effectiveness strategies, develop differentiating capabilities, reinvent organizational and operating models, and take full advantage of technology. Working as trusted advisors you will partner with Business and IT teams to deliver business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Transformation: Lead initiatives to transform and optimize partner and channel business processes, ensuring alignment with NetApp's strategic goals.
- Technology Enablement: Act as a conduit between business and IT, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions within Salesforce and other systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Partner Operations, Finance, and IT, to define and document business processes and ensure they meet the needs of all stakeholders.
- Salesforce Management: Oversee the business aspects of our highly customized Salesforce environment, ensuring it supports our partner and channel operations effectively.
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with IT and development teams in an agile environment to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze business processes and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Partner and Channel Focus: Serve as the business analyst for partner and channel teams, understanding their unique needs and ensuring that our processes and systems support their success.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in business process analysis, with a strong focus on partner and channel operations such as, opportunity management, deal registration, incentive registration, channel / partnerprograms ,partner relationship management, partner lead distribution.
- Salesforce Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems, with a proven track record of managing business processes within these platforms.
- Process Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Go-to-Market (GTM) processes, sales operations, and channel/partner management.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in an agile development environment, collaborating with IT and business teams to implement solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex business processes and data to make informed recommendations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $163,000-$200,400 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
