Business Marketing Manager, Service Contracts (Cambridge, MA)
In this role, you shape the way Philips serves Customers in the North American healthcare market...as a Business Marketing Manager you will have the opportunity to drive business results through marketing campaigns and programs in support of our larger Service Marketing strategy. You will leverage a deep understanding of the needs of the customer and sales team to provide insight and guidance on developing new service offers within the context of the Service Portfolio.
Your role:
- Cultivate a strong understanding of the portfolio, customers, channels, and competitors to execute on a customer-focused approach for programs and initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure service portfolio offers are effectively designed and ensure end-to-end support from value prop creation through launch (including ongoing tracking of success)
- Design and develop marketing and sales enablement programs for our service contracts business; continuously monitor and measure, seek out actionable insights, and take appropriate actions to improve outcomes
- Support Marketing Plan development
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business; MBA a plus
- 5+ years of experience marketing technology, healthcare or medical technology products and solutions; additional experience in sales, sales enablement, or marketing operations preferred
- Experience working in a business with complex market/channel structures
- Experience with performing business analysis to drive marketing programs
- Tech-Savvy, strong understanding of and experience with Salesforce and sales enablement platforms such as Seismic
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing and business plans
- Strong attention to detail
