We are looking for a Financial and Business Analyst to support the Business Team, focusing on pricing strategy and financial analysis. As a Business Analyst on the team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage pricing strategy, analyze foreign exchange impacts, and produce detailed financial reports. By ensuring accurate and insightful pricing data, you'll drive strategic decisions that will help shape the future of the franchise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain pricing matrixes across various products and platforms
- Analyze and report on foreign exchange rate movements and their impact on revenue
- Manage the implementation of pricing strategy changes across Console, Mobile, PC for game and post-sale monetization SKUs
- Conduct analysis to assess the impact of price tests and recommend strategic adjustments
- Prepare detailed reports on geographic financial/unit performance, including ad hoc and monthly updates
- Audit current pricing structures and recommend improvements to optimize revenue and profitability
- Document and improve existing and new business operations processes for accuracy and efficiency
- Support the business operations team with ad hoc performance reporting as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, pricing, or financial operations
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling and pricing strategy
- Proficiency with data analysis tools or other relevant software
- Familiarity with foreign exchange impacts and revenue reporting across multiple geographies
- High attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey complex information clearly
- Passion for gaming preferred

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30.93 to $34.37 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
