The Audit Coordinator will support the Rx Auditing practice for NFP. This is an opportunity for a critical thinker to help gather and dissect data, research benefit setup, and liaise with key stakeholders. This position involves close collaboration with analytics, consultants, project management, and external partners to optimize audit results. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring accuracy and success within the Rx audit practice.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Large Datasets: Work with PBM partners to obtain the required pharmacy benefit claims data to perform the audit
- Partner with Business Intelligence: Validate and organize data into a usable format. Collaborate with BI team to perform needed analyses
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Gather critical information needed to understand and interpret pharmacy benefit contract, benefit design, and any restrictions or exclusions
- Compile Results: Assemble audit results in a clear and concise manner to share with key stakeholders
Minimum Requirements for Education, Experience, and Certifications/Licenses:
- Bachelor’s degree, or other healthcare, finance, coding, or audit credentials preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience in benefit management, healthcare, audit, or related industry experience preferred
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft 360 applications
- Detailed oriented and critical thinker
Office and Travel Requirements:
- Minimum of four days per week required in the NFP Rx Solutions office in Chesterfield, MO. One day per week with the option to work remotely from home
- No overnight travel required

The base salary range for this position is $45,000– $50,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
