Position Overview
The Associate Media Planner will support the development and execution of comprehensive media strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role focuses on analyzing media performance and optimizing campaigns across various channels to achieve measurable objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of paid media campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, programmatic, native, traditional).
• Monitor and report on digital performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate advertising performance.
• Conduct data analysis to inform media buying decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain media plans that align with marketing strategies.
• Research media trends and market opportunities to identify target audiences and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare monthly reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Support project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of media objectives and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in media planning or a related role, with a focus on digital media.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in managing paid media campaigns and understanding of key performance metrics.
• Familiarity with media buying processes and multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with team members and clients.

Nice to have: Experience using HubSpot and Notion.
