Full Job Description
About the Role:
- We are seeking an expert with 10+ years of in-depth hands-on experience in technology to support large enterprise clients.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of end-user computing technologies, messaging and collaboration tools, experience management, desktop engineering, network infrastructure, security, and cloud services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-user computing technologies including Windows, macOS, SCCM, Intune, image management, application packaging, mobile device management (MDM), Citrix, and AVD.
- Proficient in messaging and collaboration tools such as MS Exchange, Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, Zoom, and Webex.
- Knowledge of experience management and desktop engineering. - Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services.
- Exposure in migration of devices from one platform to another (Workspace One to Intune).
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in technology and messaging tools are a plus.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in technology support.
- Extensive knowledge of end-user computing technologies.
- Proficiency in messaging and collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services.
- Experience in migration of devices between platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
