The Associate Director of Operations will be responsible for assisting with providing daily oversight of the clinical services provided in Mountain Park Health Center clinics The Associate Director of Operations will support the Director of Operations with establishing, implementing, and evaluating goals and objectives for their designated clinic that meet and promote Mountain Park Health Center’s goals and philosophy.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborates with the Director of Operations to sustain, promote, and grow departmental programs and services.
- Assists in developing and monitoring departmental budget; sets strategic goals, objectives, and action plans for the Clinic.
- Leads quality assurance and improvement efforts; consults with appropriate staff to identify problems; develops and implements quality improvement and standards.
- Supports the Director of Operations by directing, mentoring, developing, and managing a team of staff members to ensure processes and procedures are in line with Mountain Park standards.
- Manages and oversees the day-to-day functions of the department and delegates responsibilities to manage Organization operations.
- Coaches, counsels, and develops employees.

- Assists with developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of care.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with five (5) years Healthcare leadership experience, or
- Registered Nurse (RN) Degree with five (5) years Healthcare leadership experience, or
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent with eight (8) years Mountain Park Health Center Leadership experience.
