Assistant Program Director - Lynnfield Outpatient

Riverside seeks an Assistant Program Director for the Lynnfield Outpatient location! In consultation with the Program Director - the APD plans, directs and participates in the daily operation of the Outpatient Program, ensuring quality of care, appropriate staffing and staff support, and effective participation in the wider service system to ensure continuity of consumer care. The APD will also provide direct clinical services to a caseload of individuals, families, and groups representing a cross-section of the clinic population. In the Program Director’s absence, the APD assumes responsibility for essential duties and functions that are applicable and necessary.
Schedule: 40 hours, full time
- fully in-person or hybrid opportunity with 3 days/week in office
Pay Rate: $82,399.82/salaried

Required Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required
- Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office, required
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle required for limited local travel
Required Experience
- Master’s Degree in a clinical mental health related discipline and independent clinical licensure required
- Three years experience working in a managerial/supervisory or administrative experience in a similar mental health setting required
- Three years clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary health setting required
