The Assistant Operations Manager will have oversight of the front office staff, cash control for hosts, staffing needs, and guest services. Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development and scheduling. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager overseeing the Front Office and requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively deal with guests, other departments and team members. Additionally, this position will gain exposure to other operational areas in an effort to promote growth and cross development of talent with the operational departments.
