As a Process Analyst (Indirect Lending), you will:

Minimum Qualifications:

4+ Years Experience as Process Analyst (preferable in Banking)
Experience in Banking Industry
Experience in managing Vehicle Dealers
Make recommendations for the process based on business needs
Review / Recommendations for dealer relationships
Coming up with strategies to address underperforming dealers
Monitors and tracks Vehicle Dealer performance and addresses any issues.
Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
Develops and documents processes, procedures, etc. and/or end-user materials.
Ensures alignment between stakeholders.
Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
Assists with training and transition of processes and tools/templates to appropriate process owners

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $33 - $38 Per Hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
