Key Accountabilities

• Represent the company in a positive way by greeting customers in a warm and timely manner
• First line of interaction with customers and ensures customers are attended to after initial greeting
• Assist Client Advisors in ensuring customers are comfortable and at any point of time attended to by any of the Client Advisors on the floor
• Address customers’ queries by directing them to any of the Client Advisors promptly

Qualifications

• Shift work required including weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to multi task at work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Uniforms and training will be provided
