The Team and Role:

The Alliance Program Manager, Logitech for Business, is responsible for helping grow the business by driving key strategic programs around alliance solutions. In this role, you will play a critical part in executing key global programs, such as meet in the channel bundles of video conferencing solutions, empowering the sales organization to deliver turnkey solutions to our partners and customers. The role reports to Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances, and works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, alliances, supply chain, and external partners

  • Drive strategic global programs, such as video conferencing bundled room solutions.

  • Manage the room solutions portfolio in collaboration with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for product transitions.

  • Work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, operations, and the Alliance Management to ensure seamless implementation.

  • Develop, create, and maintain enablement assets for sales, marketing, and channels.

  • Track and measure performance to optimize the effectiveness and strength of the room solutions portfolio.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Proven experience in program management or solution delivery, ideally in technology or collaboration space.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.

  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management and the aggregation of multiple components into cohesive solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk management.

In addition, necessary skills include:

  • Self motivation with ability to maintain deliverables and deadlines

  • Able to collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments

  • Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills

  • High energy, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic

  • Bias for Action

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Passion for the technology industry

This position offers an annual salary of typically between $ 80K and $ 165K dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
