As an Advanced Data Analyst (Advanced Analytics Specialist) here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and analytics to facilitate the overall operations and strategy of Commercial Excellence for Aerospace Technologies. You will be responsible for managing analytics projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering actionable insights to drive business outcomes in the aerospace industry.
Your expertise in data analytics will contribute to optimizing operational efficiency and improving decision-making within the CORP SBG.
You will report directly to our Director of Analytics, and you'll work out of one of the 4 locations listed above on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the aerospace industry by utilizing statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and optimization. You will work closely with business leaders to understand their analytical needs and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and capabilities in analytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Utilize statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise in analytics
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout the analytics process
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in analytics and data science
- Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F
- Travel: up to 10%

YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematic
