The Administration Generalist will be reporting to the East Coast Field Site Manager and function under minimal supervision to provide full spectrum of support to the Northrop Grumman Kings Bay Field Site in various facets such as Security Manager, Information Technology, Human Resources, and administration. The selected candidate should thrive in a wide range of areas, be able to independently problem solve complex issues and be willing to support all site personnel. They should also be able to proactively develop relationships with our government partners in support of the mission.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Communicate with internal and external customers and management, professionally representing the company and organization.
• Serve as site Security Manager and support facility security processes such as coordinating facility visits and badging requests, overseeing security clearance processing for site personnel, and participating in assigned security meetings.
• Manage access lists for specialized areas, camera passes, vehicle permits and building security protocols.
• Issue Northrop Grumman specific badges for other geographically local personnel.
• Work with Production Group to ensure all necessary documentation is issued in a timely manner to support production work.
• Maintain document masters, facilitate document reviews and coordinate In-process reviews of controlled documentation.
• Coordinate review/update and submit Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) documents as specified in contract.
• Submit Purchase Requestions and manage subsequent Purchase Orders for Leased Vehicles and Uniforms.
• Provide site IT support including submitting tickets on behalf of team, setting up team cell phones, and maintaining printers and other site hardware.
• Coordinate NG and government LAN account applications for both classified and unclassified networks.
• Manage all employee laptops and desktops, including technician kiosks.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, badging, IT, Human Resourcing, Northrop Grumman Security & Strategic Weapons Facility Atlantic (SWFLANT) security and terminations/separations.
• Assist with orchestrating site events and activities.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and facilitate outgoing mailings/shipments.
• Maintain departmental rosters, seating charts, and organizational charts.
• Keep inventory of office supplies and re-stock as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in security, administration, IT or HR.
• Six (6) years of experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Current Secret clearance or higher.
• Demonstrated ability to be collaborative, proactive, self-motivated, well-organized, detail oriented, and assertive as necessary and able to execute projects and tasks independently.
Salary Range: $60,500 - $90,700
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
