Play a Key Role
The Truist Wealth Summer Internship Program allows interns to gain an in-depth understanding of the various day-to-day responsibilities of the overall Truist Wealth division and gain exposure to Truist’s purpose-driven culture. During the summer, interns may spend time in various areas of the Wealth, and
play meaningful roles in supporting internal business partners and external clients. Throughout the program, interns will expand their leadership and collaborative team skills, banking and investment acumen, and technical knowledge. Our internship offers exposure to senior leaders within Wealth and a support network of mentors and peers.
Internship Program Structure
Interns will partake in an internship with one of the following teams:
- Client-Facing Teams (Investment Advisory Group)
- Strategic Client Group
- Client Experience Team
Interns will also have networking opportunities with Wealth Analysts, graduates of the Wealth Analyst Program and Wealth Leadership. They will also have the ability to participate in a summer end volunteer event.
Work Location
All interns will be domiciled in Atlanta or Charlotte
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Business or Finance preferred) at an accredited 4 year college or university with the following credentials:
- Rising Senior; Fall 2025-Spring 2026 graduation date
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or above
- Superior written and oral communication abilities
- Independent, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to self-manage and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate well with teams
